Costa
Rica “La Minita”
"La Miinita" is our “House
Coffee”. The coffee has been
prized for years in Europe. Less than 30% of the total crop from
this hacienda will make the cut to carry the La Minita name. It
takes more than 30,000 man-hours of hand selection during the
final preparation.
It produces a well balance cup. One that combines all the
necessary ingredients to sweet aroma, full body, acidity, and a
delicate aftertaste with no impurities to detract from the cup.
We roast it to a full city roast before the second pop. We
find this brings together and balances all the delicate tastes
and aroma. It is truly “awesome”! |
| We
offer La Minita as a dark roast. We take it through the second
pop until the first sign of oils are present on the beans. |
